Who we are
Arcline Consulting ("Arcline", "we") is based in Malta and licenses architectural and engineering drawing data. We are responsible for the personal data described here. Contact us at info@arcline-consulting.com.
What we collect
- Details you send through our contact form or by email: your name, email address, the type of enquiry and your message.
- Details you give us when we work together, such as company name, role and payment details needed to pay suppliers.
- Basic technical data our hosting provider records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, used to keep the site running and secure.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible collaboration (legitimate interest, or steps before a contract).
- To prepare and carry out licensing agreements with suppliers and buyers (contract).
- To meet accounting and tax obligations (legal obligation).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business: Netlify (website hosting and contact form), Google (email and fonts) and payment providers such as Wise, PayPal or banks. They process data on our behalf under their own data protection terms. Some of them may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted within 24 months. Contract and payment records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it. Email info@arcline-consulting.com and we will reply within one month. You can also complain to the Information and Data Protection Commissioner in Malta (idpc.org.mt).
