These terms apply to your use of arcline-consulting.com (the "website"), operated by Arcline Consulting, a company registered in Kosovo under business registration number 812250223, with its registered address at Hilmi Rakovica, Bregu i Diellit, B-0116, Prishtina, Kosovo ("Arcline", "we").

1. What the website is for

The website describes Arcline's services in licensing professional data for AI training and evaluation, and lets you contact us. It is not an offer to license any data. Any licence, evaluation, sample or purchase is governed only by a separate written agreement signed by both parties.

2. Information on the website

We describe our data domains, open requests and processes in good faith. Descriptions are general and may change. Volumes, formats, availability, prices and terms are confirmed only in writing for a specific dataset. Open requests are anonymised summaries of buyer requirements and do not identify any buyer.

3. Submitting information

When you send us information through a form or by email, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. Do not send us files, confidential information or personal data of others through the website forms. We will ask for what we need under appropriate terms. How we handle personal data is described in our privacy policy.

4. Data owners

Telling us about an archive does not grant Arcline any right to use it. Rights are granted only under a written licence agreed with you, and you keep ownership of your data.

5. Intellectual property

The website, its text, design and the Arcline name and logo belong to Arcline or its licensors. You may view and share pages for your own business purposes, but you may not copy, scrape or reuse the website's content for other purposes without our written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, including by attempting unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, sending spam through the forms or collecting data from the website by automated means.

7. Liability

The website is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the website or reliance on its general content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kosovo, and the courts of Prishtina have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law where you live provides otherwise.
